Limefitt Wildlife The following video captures some of the wildlife as observed from the master bedroom of Fellside Lodge. As can be seen the back of the Lodge overlooks the woods and therefore we see all sorts of animals passing by. We have captured Deer, Badger, Sheep, Squirrels and Birds on the video. I wonder who will visit when your staying in the Lodge?
Limefitt Park Facilities The video highlights some of the many facilities which can be found on Limefitt Park. There is plenty to keep the whole family occupied; Free WiFi, Adventure Playground, River Pool, Pony trekking Haybarn Lakeland Pub (Pool table, darts, video arcade),Shop, Recreational Field (mini-football pitch, tennis and badmington court) and Cycle Track. Open spaces abound for the little ones & big ones to have fun.
Seasons Watch the landscape changing in Troutbeck Valley as the seasons roll on. Footage captured between Summer 2010 and Spring 2011 All video content has been captured from the decking on Fellside Lodge. The Lodge elevation ensures both privacy and uninterrupted views.
Troutbeck Views taken from the Fells behind the Lodge Views of Troubeck Valley taken from Applewaite Common, which is located on the fells behind the lodge. Leave the car at the lodge and stretch those legs. The fells are accessed directly from the park. The first 49 seconds of footage was taken from "Sour Sowes", at a height of 483 metres, in July 2010. The rest of the footage was taken from "Sallows", 516 metres high in Oct 2010.
