Fellside Lodge on Limefitt Park

As soon as we saw the wonderful views from Fellside Lodge we knew it was the one for us. The sun deck provides the ideal spot to enjoy the evenings after a day out.

Situated on the fells, only 3 miles from Lake Windermere it's a stone's throw away from Ambleside and Bowness. It's perfectly placed for a relaxing holiday whilst being central to all the major visitor centres and attractions the Lake District has to offer.

Offering one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom with family bathroom the lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests +1 travel cot

• Open plan lounge / dining area containing;
  - Contemporary leather 3 piece suite and armchair, feature fire place, coffee table.
  - 32" flat screen television with Freeview reception. XBOX-360 + 2 Wireless Controllers. DVD Player. Mini HiFi.
  - Oak style Dining table with 4 chairs. Bookcase containing a selection of board games and literature.

• The kitchen is built to a high specification and comes complete with extensive appliances (electric oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine) + crockery + utensils + iron & ironing board.

• The master bedroom is light, airy and spacious and offers plenty of storage space with built in wardrobes, drawers and dressing table. 19" flat screen TV + DVD. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.

• The second bedroom comprises full size twin beds complete with built in wardrobes and drawers. 15" flat screen TV +DVD. The main bathroom consists of bath, over head shower, wash basin and toilet.

• Large private balcony / sun deck, with access from the lounge via the patio doors. Garden Furniture.

• For your safety a fire alarm and carbon monoxide detectors have been installed. A fire extinguisher and fire blanket have been fitted.

• Duvets, pillows, bath towels, bed linen (beds madeup) and tea-towels and cleaning products are all provided, making your holiday as easy and as comfortable as possible.

• A cot and highchair are available by prior arrangement at no extra cost.

• Parking space for two cars alongside lodge
